P.O. Box 1881–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Kisang Kilimo, who died at
Cherangany Nursing Home, on 24th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025
By (1) Wilson Kimutai Kipchumba and (2) Boaz Kipchirchir
Kipchumba, both of P.O. Box 10620, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin
Chepkiyeng, who died at Moiben, on 17th July, 2010.

administration intestate to the estate of Bridgit Wekesa Sichangi, who
died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2015.

a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Heman
Ndirangu Manyara alias Heman Ndungu Manyara, who died at Bondeni
Sub-location, on 19th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025
By Ferdinand Simiyu Musebe, of P.O. Box 76–50211, Tongaren in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Musebe Watima Wakora, who died at Kiminini, on 7th March, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
