By George Muigai, of P.O. Box 33, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s
son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Kariuki Mwangi Kamau, who died at Ruai, on 22nd August, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2025
By (1) Berth Njeri Chege and (2) Lazaro Maina Chege, both of P.O.
Box 7307–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son,
respectively, through Messrs. Mochere & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for
a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mumbi
Chege, who died at Dandora, on 23rd June, 2016.

Damiano Ayieko, who died at Komarock, on 24th March, 2002.

By Josephine Gesare Atandi, of P.O. Box 17050–00100, Nairobi in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Osoro Juma & Co.,
advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Isaac Atandi Machuka, who died at Komarock Modern,
Utawala, on 21st October, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
