CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2025
By David Njoroge Karanja, of P.O. Box 39, Mau Narok in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Karanja Kagino, who died at Gatimu, on 10th July, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E420 OF 2025
By Moses Kungu Mburu, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of George Mburu Kinyanjui, who died at Thayu Sub-location,
on 1st April, 2025.

By Peter Ngunju Gatheru, of P.O. Box 342, Rongai in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Elizabeth Mwihaki Ngunju, who died at Kandutura, on 30th

the estate of Charles Karemeri Ngeru, who died at Kikapu Sub-location,
on 7th April, 2021.

to the estate of Samwel Njoroge Kamau alias Samuel Njoroge Kamau,
who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 6th
September, 2018.

By David Kariuki Ndungu, of P.O. Box 145, Njoro in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Julia Njeri Wambogo alias Julia Njeri Wambugu, who died at
Elburgon, on 7th December, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E566 OF 2025
By Alice Wanjiku Ngugi, of P.O. Box 81–20100, Nakuru in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Paul Njuguna Mbugua, who died at Nairobi
Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
