TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E564 OF 2024
By (1) Peter Muguku Muiruri and (2) Morris Chege Muiruri, both
of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Muiruri
Chege, who died at Mitimingi, on 15th January, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2025
By Joseph Maina Muthombe, of P.O. Box 17787, Nakuru in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Muthumbi Kimithiri alias Muthumbi
Kimindiri, who died at Kihingo, on 30th April, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E462 OF 2025
By Francis Ndichu Kamau, of P.O. Box 617, Kalimoni in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Esther Nduta Kamau, who died at Gituamba Sub-location,
on 3rd May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E476 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Wanjiru Kamau and (2) Wilson Kimani Njenga, both
of P.O. Box 2436, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Joseph Njenga Gituko, who died at Mahiga, on 15th August,
2024.
CAUSE NO. E484 OF 2025
By George Muchiri Njuguna, of P.O. Box 123, Njoro in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Wamae Muchiri, who died at Bagaria, on 1st October,
1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
