CAUSE NO. E345 OF 2024
By Charles Chege Kiritu, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, the
deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Philip Mukui Kiritu, who died at Riambai, Kiambu, on
3rd June, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E346 OF 2024
By Charles Chege Kiritu, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Eunice Wira Kiritu, who died at Mwimuto Sub-location, on
28th October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2025
By Peter Mbucho Kimari, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Kimari, who
died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2023.

By (1) Peter Nyaga Mwangi and (2) Paul Mwatha Mwangi, both of
P.O. Box 32203–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Francis Mwangi
Nyaga alias Mwangi Nyaga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital
in Kenya, on 27th June, 2015.

By (1) Peter Joseph Kangethe Gitau and (2) Joseph Kangethe
Gitau, both of P.O. Box 156–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, respectively,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph
Kariuki Kanyi, who died at Githungucu Sub-location, on 19th April,
2022.

By (1) Jane Njeri Ndungu and (2) Paul Kamau Ndungu, both of
P.O. Box 67–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and
son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Njoroge Gathiru, who died at Ritho Sub-location, on 27th
September, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2025
By Julius Mbua Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 438–00232, Ruiru in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Kahiu, who died at Kibichoi,
Komothai, on 19th October, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
