Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Mwangi Karuru, who died at Nyakihai, on 7th February, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E534 OF 2025
By (1) James Mwangangi and (2) Murugi Ndogoto, both of P.O.
Box 7, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Maina Ngaruri, who died at Kiangange,
Maragi, on 20th September, 1983.

Thiongo alias Christopher Kinyita Thiongo, who died at Kenyatta
National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E587 OF 2025
By (1) Julius Maina Kinyita and (2) Nelson Kaguri Kinyita, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyita
Thiongo alias Christopher Kinyita Thiongo, who died at Kenyatta
National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
