intestate to the estate of Josephine Wanjiku Njoroge, who died at
Mugumo-ini Sub-location., on 31st January, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E439 OF 2025
By Hellen Njeri Muiruri, of P.O. Box 314–01020, Kenol in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin
Gitahi Thuku, who died at Wamahinga Sub-location, on 26th January,
2025.
CAUSE NO. E526 OF 2025
By (1) John Warongo Kiruki, (2) James Ndegwa Mwangi, (3)
Peter Nyoike Mwangi and (4) Lucy Muthoni Irungu, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Ngara, who
died at Murang’a County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th
November, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E573 OF 2025
By Dennis Paul Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Alice Kabura Marubu, who died at Naidu
Hospital in Kenya, on 19th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
