TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025
By (1) Pauline Muthoni Mbugua and (2) Mary Wanjiru Mbugua, the
deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanja Mbugua, who died at
Karagita, on 17th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025
By Symon Ruthi Nganga, of P.O. Box 2095, Naivasha in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Elizabeth Wangari Nganga, who died at Longonot, on 2nd June,
2004.
CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Gakunga Njuguna and (2) Peter J. Mbuthia Njuguna,
both of P.O. Box 2095–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna
Gakunga Mwai, who died at Majengo, Magina, on 30th August, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025
By Silas Kihuro Murere, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Kefa Murere Cyrus Kihuro, who died at Naivasha Sub-county
Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025
By (1) Pelisila Wangui Ngure and (2) Joseph Njuguna Ng’ang’a,
both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and
son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Benson Nganga Njuguna, who died at East Valley Nursing
Home, on 22nd October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Kimiri Karanja and (2) Ngigi Karanja, the deceased’s
sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Karanja Ndura, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in
Kenya, on 18th March, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
