TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court

CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2024
By Richard Kipchumba Koske, of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Kipkoske arap Maina Kipgetich alias Kipkosgei A. Maina
Kipngetich, who died at Nakuru, on 27th January, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2025
By (1) Caroline Wairimu Kamau and (2) Sharon Nduta Mugwe, both
of P.O. Box 30847–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah
Wangari Kamau, who died at Karati, on 3rd May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025
By (1) Julius Macharia Kirubi and (2) Benjamin Muriuki Maina,
both of P.O. Box 76550–00508, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s
grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Lucia Wanjiku Mugo, who died at Gituamba Village,
Kiambogo Location, on 14th April, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025
By Mary Nyambura Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 146–20116, Gilgil in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Cyrus Ndegwa Ndirangu, who died at Mukinyi
Karunga, Gilgil, on 23rd September, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
