TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2025
By Esther Waruguru Kimani, of P.O. Box 11–10400, Nanyuki in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Joseph Kimani Mwangi, who died at Nairobi, on 23rd June, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025
By Charity Wanjiru Muchiri, of P.O. Box 1314–10400, Nanyuki in
Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of
probate of written will testate to the estate of James Ngithitu Githaiga,
who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2025
By Geoffrey Maina Gathirwa, of P.O. Box 17, Timau in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Gathirwa Gatheko, who died at Laikipia, on 8th July, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
