TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E228 OF 2025
By Selina Waithera Kalima, of P.O. Box 6, Karaba in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Peter Kaloki, who died at Wachoro, on 5th May, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2025
By Simon Kinyua Njiru, of P.O. Box 276–60100, Embu in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Agata Muthoni Kiura, who died at Kenol Hospital in
Kenya, on 11th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2025
By Hellena Kabata Mutua, of P.O. Box 1, Karaba in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mwethia
Mutua, who died at Whiterose Medical Centre, on 27th November, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
