TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By (1) Alexander Mbae, (2) J. Munyua and (3) Mary Gatakaa Mbae,
all of P.O. Box 3, Marima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kariuki Munyua,
who died at Kenyatta Barracks, Nakuru, on 6th October, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2025
By (1) Venancio Ntwiga and (2) Jackson Mburunga Njagi, both of
P.O. Box 189–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of M’Aburine Ntare M’Roboya,
who died at Mikuu Sub-location, on 9th September, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025
By James Njaagi Gacigira, of P.O. Box 39–60403, Magumoni in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Njoka Karuga alias Njoka Karugua, who died at Magumoni Location,
on 17th December, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2024
By (1) Margaret Karimi Harun, (2) Ashford Kimathi Harun and (3)
Jackson Mugendi Kitharia, all of P.O. Box 10, Chogoria in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Kitharia
alias Njogi Muria, who died at Kirumi Sub-location, on 16th January,
1975.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
