deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Kalunde Josephine Kilonzo alias Kalunde Kilonzo, who died
at Kitui, on 24th March, 1978.

deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Mwania Mbinda, who died at Kitui, on 8th October, 2004.

administration intestate to the estate of Bakari Nzioka Mulu alias
Bakari Mulu, who died at Kitui, on 6th September, 1980.

By Ruth Mwikali Musyoki, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya,
the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Musyoki Nzui Mulasya, who died at Kitui, on
23rd June, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
