CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023
By Nuru Omari Abdulrahman, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maluki Kitema
Nzinga, who died at Thokoa Sub-location, on 12th June, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025
By John Kakenga Kyondo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Mali Kyondo alias Mali
Kyondo Silla, who died at Mwingi Hospital in Kenya, on 21st January,
1999.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025
By Paul Musyoka Mbelenzu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangangi Twili
alias Mbelenzu Twili alias Mwangangi Twili Ngoka, who died at
Kyanika Sub-location, on 14th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025
By Christina Mwendwa Kileleu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwendwa Kileleu,
who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025
By Joseph Kimanzi Maithya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maithya Mutia Nuna,
who died at Mbondoni Sub-location, on 13th April, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
