TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024
By (1) Eric Lantei Kisoso and (2) Damaris Nyambura Kisoso, the
deceased’s widower and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Nyaruiru Kimotho, who
died at Pratiksha Hospital, India, on 17th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025
By (1) Paul Topiko ole Memia, (2) Mary Naisenya Topiko, (3)
Megge Nanyu Topiko and (4) Jacinta Wambui Topiko, the deceased’s
widower and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wanjiru Kuria, who died
at Ongata Rongai, on 22nd March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025
By (1) Anna Kagure Gituto and (2) Samuel Kamau Kimani, the
deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimani Kamau, who died
at Kikuyu, on 23rd July, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
