in:
CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2024
By (1) Otoli Jackyline Rebecca and (2) Damary Anupi Joash, both of
P.O. Box 214, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Linyerera Amariati,
who died at Sitatunga Sub-location, on 22nd October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025
By Kabon Tapkurkoi Chelangat, of P.O. Box 1286, Kitale in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelangat
Cheretwei, who died at Kamoi, on 20th August, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025
By James Kamau Gichanga, of P.O. Box 159–30200, Kitale in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Eunice Njeri Gichanga, who died at Kimende, Magina, on 7th
February, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2025
By Margaret Wangare Kimani, of P.O. Box 647, Kitale in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy
Macharia Thuo, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in
Kenya, on 9th January, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
