for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo
Karanja Nuhu, who died at Sirende, on 11th January, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2024
By Florence Adhiambo Onalo, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of John Cheboriot Ngeiywo, who
died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025
By Ruth Muthoni Njuguna, of P.O. Box 188–3000, Kitale in
Kenya for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Josiah Njuguna Ngumba, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in
Kenya, on 15th May, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025
By Geoffrey Kariuki Githinji, of P.O. Box 2185–30200, Kitale in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Reuben Gatitu Njuguna, who died at Maliki, on 2nd April, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025
By Julius Juma Kiberenge, of P.O. Box 1160–30200, Kitale in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Simon Kiberenge Situma, who died at Kwanza, on 28th February,
2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
