CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By (1) Anne Jepkogei Kiptoo Rutto and (2) Ian Kibet Rutto, both
of P.O. Box 3–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Timothy Rutto, who
died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By Peter Wanyonyi Morris, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Maurice Chinkili Wameya, who died at
Liyayo Sub-location, on 24th March, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025
By Jane Wanjiru Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 1160–30200, Kitale in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen
Wanjau, who died at Nairobi, on 18th May, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2025
By Vipul Ratilal Gosar Ramji Dodhia, of P.O. Box 337–30200,
Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Ratilal Gosar Rramji Dodhia alias Ratilal G. R. Dodhia alias
Dodhia Ratilal Gosar Rramji, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on
19th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
