By Nicholas Odera Sumba, of P.O. Box 500, Siaya in Kenya, the
deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Denis Ouma Sumba, who died on 25th April, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By (1) Alice Anyango Owano and (2) Steve Omondi Opiyo, the
deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of John Stephen Owano Ouma alias
John Otieno Ouma, who died at Masala, on 12th August, 1991.

Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Tobias Ofinyo, who died on 19th April, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
