By (1) Dorine Obiri Gitaka and (2) Conslata Awino Oyugi, the
deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Gaudencia Atieno Omollo, who died at Othach, on 19th
April, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025
By Charles Mwai Abang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Abangi Ogutu, who died at West
Migwena Sub-location, on 9th March, 1970.
CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2025
By (1) Daniel Omondi Owira and (2) Lucas Ochieng Owira, the
deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Peter Opondo Omolo, who died at Usenge, Bondo, on 18th

Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Fredrick Odero Akumu, who died at Mathare
North Estate, on 18th January, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
