TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025
By Pamela Adhiambo Chebii, of P.O. Box 3713–30100, Eldoret in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Wesley Chirchir Chebii, who died at St. Lukes
Hospital in Kenya, on 25th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025
By Simon Kipkering Korir, of P.O. Box 425, Eldoret in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, through Messrs. Bulbul Koitui & Co., advocates, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir Kibor
alias Kipkorir arap Bor, who died at Losirwa Farm, Lotonyok Sublocation,
on 19th March, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2025
By (1) Loice Mukami Muiruri and (2) Mercy Njeri Muiruri, both of
P.O. Box 7032–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Muiruri
Ndungu, who died at Racecourse, on 12th November, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
