CAUSE NO. E332 OF 2025
By (1) Recho Cheptonui Too and (2) Geoffrey Kibii Kikwai, both of
P.O. Box 455–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Kimagut Too alias
Reuben Kimagut arap Too, who died on 29th May, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2025
By (1) Joyce Chepkoech Bore and (2) Japhet Kipkemoi Bore, both of
P.O. Box 949, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Moses arap Rugut alias Mzee arap Rugut, who
died on 30th April, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E399 OF 2025
By Jeniffer Chelangat Koske, of P.O. Box 181, Sosiot in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon
Kiptoo Koske, who died on 13th October, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2025
By Kipchumba Chesulut, of P.O. Box 69, Kericho in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimurobi
Mateb alias Kimurbi arap Busienei, who died on 4th April, 1960.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
