CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By Mary Moraa Ogeto, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ogeto alias John
Ogeto Ongiri, who died at Mwamanwa on 10th March, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025
By Marita Ochako, of P.O. Box 2532–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the
deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Yohana Mosubari Oberiti, who died at Kisii District, on 21st
July, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2025
By Mary Nyanamba, of P.O. Box 671–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Nyanamba Ayata, who died at Kisii Teaching and Referral
Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2023.

By Douglas Nyangoya Isaka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Saka alias Daudi Isaka
Nyaringi, who died at Mwabundusi, on 11th July, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E355 OF 2025
By Marcellah Nyasuguta Gekonge, the deceased’s daughter-inlaw,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Ndege Mosiria alias Ndege Moseria, who died at Kegati Sub-location,
on 24th June, 1974.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
