TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2025
By (1) Jones Angwenyi and (2) Jeriah G. Angwenyi, both of P.O.
Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Angwenyi Nyagwoka, who died at Kenyoro, on 5th May, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025
By Albert Oyunge Omae, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Nyasicho Oyunge, who died at Bomokora, on 2nd December,
1994.
CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2025
By (1) Abel Moonwa Miyienda and (2) Dickson Moseti Miyienda,
both of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for
a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miyienda
Moseti, who died on 11th November, 2021.

By John Ernest Nyasore, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Marita Leo Ongeri, who died at Bonyando, on 20th July, 1978.

By Nicky Momanyi Ongeti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Patris Arosi, who died at
Getare, on 3rd October, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2025
By Charles Christopher Abuta, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the
deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Abuta Aming’a, who died at Nyaura Sub-location, on 27th
July, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E432 OF 2025
By (1) Nyabate Getrude Abere and (2) Alex Kano Mayaka, both of
P.O. Box 72774–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and
cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Dennis Ogembo Ndege, who died along Thika Road, on
12th February, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
