By Nyamusi Monda, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Monda Mirumo alias Monda Mirumo Kebati, who died at
Mwabosire, on 15th September, 2015.

By Mogeke Nyarora, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Kirura Keoye alias
Nahashon Kirura, who died at Bokurati, on 15th February, 2003.

deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Makori Onyancha
alias Makori Onyancha, who died Nyagwekoa, on 6th September,
1994.
CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025
By David Maruko Mataya, of P.O. Box 229–40200, Kisii in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Edward Mataya Kebeno alias Mataya Kebeno,
who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
