TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025
By Grace Kimaiti, of P.O. Box 127, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s
widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
George Morara Makori, who died at Gucha, on 24th July, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2025
By Abel Momanyi Ateya, of P.O. Box 200–40501, Nyamira in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Samwel Alex Ateya Oseko alias Samwel Alex
Aseko, who died at Matongo, on 21st September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
