CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025
By (1) Kache Ngonyo Mwambegu and (2) Mwombegu Mary
Ngonyo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Katana Mwambegu Dadu alias Katana M.
Dadu, who died on 12th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2025
By Ngumbao Ngowa Mwaringa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Kalama Nguma
alias Dama Kalama Ngowa, who died on 13th September, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2025
By (1) Kahindi Charo Kenga, (2) Kadenge Charo Kenga, (3)
Anderson Shida Charo, (4) Mtawali Charo Kenga and (5) Robert
Mwatete Bugo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kenga Duka, who died
on 12th July, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025
By (1) Angore Kitsao Sadiki and (2) Mwenda Kafuti Sanga, the
deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Mshondo alias Kitsao
Mushondo, who died on 22nd June, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2025
By Bendera George Karema, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Kombe,
who died on 12th December, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025
By (1) Christine Mwaka John, (2) Rose John Kaviha and (3) Serah
Koja Katana, the deceased’s daughter and widows, respectively, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kaviha
Maitha, who died on 25th July, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
