Box 427–60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwobobia
M’Mungania alias Mwobobia Mungania, who died at Taita, on 22nd
March, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025
By Julius Kaburu M’Mugambi, of P.O. Box 53, Nkubu in Kenya,
the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Kiaira Twanduku alias M’Kiaira
M’Tuanthuku, who died at Mikumbune Sub-location, on 5th

By Samson Kimathi Manene, the deceased’s son, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Manene
M’Mugambi, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 12th February, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
