TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2025
By James Emisiko Jimmy Naula Swaka, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Munala Swaka, who died at
Esibakala Sub-location, on 27th October, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E373 OF 2025
By Stephen Harrison Bwabi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Bwali Bwabi alias
Fredrick Elijah, who died at Emusire Sub-location, on 20th February,
1997.
CAUSE NO. E410 OF 2024
By Josephine Agosa Ilahuya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sizeli Mmbone
Changilwa, who died at Mudete Sub-location, on 5th March, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
