By Andrew Odero Nudi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Nudi Oranga alias Petro
Nudi Oranga, who died at Chiga, on 16th August, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2025
By (1) Jakim Otieno Odeyo and (2) Gilbert Ochiel Odeyo, the
deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Thomas Odeyo Oguya, who died at Chiga, on 4th November,
2004.
CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2025
By George Onyango Abongo, of P.O. Box 96–40100, Kisumu in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Anton Abongo Abongo alias Antony Abongo
Abongo, who died on 28th October, 2005.

By Millicent Amolo Opiyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Henry Oloo alias
Dr. John Oloo, who died on 11th June, 2020.

P.O. Box 510–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Paul Mulal Wanga, who died at Port Florence Hospital in Kenya, on
19th July, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E366 OF 2025
By Joshua Jowi, of P.O. Box 285–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Hesbon Owino Opany alias Owino Opany, who died on 29th
June, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
