TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2025
By Hezekia Mbuji Agutu, of P.O. Box 121, Pap Onditi in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Abisalom Agutu Alang’o, who died at Kabuor Village, on
20th November, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E435 OF 2025
By Agnes Akeyo Owuor, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Owuor Josongo, who
died on 8th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E439 OF 2025
By Christabel Atieno Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flentin Ochieng Ogindi,
who died on 28th May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E445 OF 2025
By Siprosa Onunga Nyandege, of P.O. Box 25, Katito in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Joseph Nyandege Koro, who died at Ayweyo, on 7th
August, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E459 OF 2025
By James Okello Okello, of P.O. Box 7, Miwani in Kenya, the
deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of William Sidhe Omaro, who died at Kabar West, on 10th
August, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
