TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025
By (1) Serah Mwelu Nthenge and (2) Josephine Mutio Ndonye,
both of P.O. Box 6326–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s
executrices, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate
of Ruth Ndunde Nthenge, who died at Karagita, on 20th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2025
By Stephen Kyalo Mbuthi, of P.O. Box 236–90137, Nairobi in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Beth Muthio Mbuthi, who died at Ngandani,
on 12th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025
By (1) Nicholas Mutua Ndeti and (2) Fransica Mbisa Mutiso, both
of P.O. Box 2919–90100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Florence Mbeke Ndeti, who
died at Muthwani, on 8th December, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
