TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2023
By (1) Joseph Kiplagat Kipkelelwa Tireito, (2) Margaret Jebet
Tireito and (3) Rose Jepngetich Mika, all of P.O. Box 5440–30100,
Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Micah Kipkelelwa Tireito, late of Marichor Location, Elgeyo
Marakwet, who died at Eldoret Nursing Hospital in Kenya, on 7th
October, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024
By Peninnah Mokeira Mwasi, of P.O. Box 7277–30100, Eldoret in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Francis Mwasi Mwasi, who died at Elgon View Hospital in Kenya, on
13th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2025
By (1) Ajay Somchand Shah and (2) Lina Ajay Shah, both of P.O.
Box 142–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. R. M. Mutiso &
Co., advocates, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a
grant of probate of written will to the estate of Ashwani Kumar
Jayantilal Vyas alias Vyas Ashwani Kumar Jayanti, who died at
Kaptagat Scheme, Uasin Gishu, on 5th May, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
