TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025
By (1) David Ruto Kipkoskei and (2) Richarson Kiprugut Chepngok,
both of P.O. Box 1715, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Chepngok alias
Chepkwony Chepngok, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya,
on 31st December, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025
By (1) Daniel Kibet Ngeno and (2) Simon Kipkirui Rop, both of P.O.
Box 21, Fort Ternan in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Thomas Kiprop Ngeno, who died at Reale
Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 15th December, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
