CAUSE NO. E711 OF 2025
By (1) Elizabeth Afandi Mwavali and (2) Sheldon Luvembe, both
of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of John Musilwa Khadiakala, who died at Virhembe, on 2nd
April, 2025.

By (1) Mary Lumbasi Lutatwa and (2) Pelina Oyalo Wafula, both
of P.O. Box 95, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Lumbasi

Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Albert Apton Ambembo, who died on 20th
