CAUSE NO. E776 OF 2025
By Jane Makachia Kashendi, of P.O. Box 88, Kabiyet in Kenya,
the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Clement Makachia Kashendi, who died on 8th
March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E786 OF 2025
By Henry Mark Alimotengo, of P.O. Box 404, Yala in Kenya, the
deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Daniel Mugoma Wasiche alias Daniel Mugoma, who died
at Muhaka, on 2nd October, 2000.

Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Silas Miheso Andega, who died at Muraka, on
7th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
