CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025
By (1) Milkah Wanjiku Nyuthe and (2) Victoria Wanjiku Karomo,
both of P.O. Box 183–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow
and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of William Karomo Wanjiru, who died at Ruaka,
on 27th September, 2024.

By (1) Joses Muchiri Kagwe and (2) Mwai Muchiri Gathoga, both
of P.O. Box 1180–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raheli
Mugure Joseph Gathoga alias Rachael Mugure Gathoga, who died at

15th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
