PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E362 OF 2025
By (1) Julius Godfrey Kimani Kiranga and (2) Joyce Njoki
Kamau, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wanjiru
Kiranga, who died at Kirangari Sub-location, on 27th October, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
