TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E679 OF 2025
By Alice Wanja Waihiga, of P.O. Box 168, Kangema in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njogu
Njagi Joram, who died at Matharite, on 28th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E680 OF 2025
By John Wangonya Mwangi, of P.O. Box 199, Murang’a in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Mwangi Macharia, who died at Kanyenyaini Sub-location, on 21st
September, 1976.
CAUSE NO. E689 OF 2025
By Mary Wanjiku Kamande, of P.O. Box 112, Maragua in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David
Kamande Mwangi, who died at Irembu Sub-location, on 3rd March,
2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
