TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2025
By Peter Njimu Kiarie, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Kiarie Njimu, who died at Mukurwe, on 10th
December, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025
By (1) David Kimani Ngugi and (2) Peter Njuguna Ngugi, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi
Githunguri Matiru, who died at Munyu, on 17th October, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
