TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Wambui Mburu, (2) Andrew Mwangi Murigi and (3)
Susan Wanjiku Karanja, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Virginia Wangari Karanja, who died at
Ngoingwa, Witeithie, on 27th February, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025
By (1) Stephen Kiarie Kahenya, (2) James Mwaura Kahenya, (3)
Peter Mbugua Kahenya and (4) Monica Nyiha Kahenya, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wanjiru
Kahenya, who died at St. Matia Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 18th
October, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
