CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025
By Lawrence Kagume Wanyika, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of John Wanyika Kagume, who
died on 15th August, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Wanjiku Kariuki and (2) Moses Gatei Kariuki, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard
Kariuki Chege, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 30th
June, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025
By Morris Kamau Warner, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Salome Mumbi Kamau, who died at Neema
Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2011.

By Winfrida Wangui Njonjo, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Brian Mbiyu Mugwanja, who
died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
