TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 152 OF 2025
By John Karani Muraguri, of P.O. Box 1144–20300, Nyahururu in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Mary Wathimu Muraguri alias Wathimu
Muraguri, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 6th
November, 1976.
CAUSE NO. 223 OF 2025
By Allan Gitau Waweru, of P.O. Box 1144, Nyahururu in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Mary Njeri Gitahi alias Njeri Gitau Waweru, who died at
Gitaru Sub-location, on 5th April, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
