CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2025
By David Muriithi Nyaga, of P.O. Box 32, Embu in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Fredrick Nyaga Ibu, who died at Kithungururu Sub-location,
on 7th February, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2025
By (1) Lydia Wawira Muriithi and (2) Jonah Kinyua Muriithi, both
of P.O. Box 486, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brotherin-
law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Evanson Njeru Njagi, who died at Manyatta Sub-location,
on 6th September, 2025.

By Jackson David Muriithi Njiru, of P.O. Box 40, Manyatta in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Njiru Cimba alias Njiru Chimba, who died at
Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2012.

the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Musa Njagi Simba, who died at St. Michael Nursing
Home, on 26th April, 2024.

By Gladys Muthoni Njoka, of P.O. Box 1779–60100, Embu in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Howard Nthiga Josphat, who died at Kangaru,
on 30th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
