TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Mikeh Mutaba, of P.O. Box 29-90100, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mueni Mutua, who died at Mumbuni, on 5th June, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Musyoki Mutisya and (2) Musembi Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 550-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jones Mutisya Kinovi, who died at Kambusu, on 19th December, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
