TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2025
By Zawadi Omondi Ogayo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogayo Nyang’or, who died on 8th May, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Jael Atieno Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Malaki Nyakwaka alias Stephen Malaki, who died on 5th September, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
