TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025
By (1) Ruth Kasyoka Kilonzo, (2) Timothy Musingi Kilonzo and (3) Carolyne Mueni Kilonzo, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kilonzo Musyimi, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Joseph Ngii Nzoka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Kivwea Nzoka, who died at Nzalae Sub-location, on 16th December, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Janet Mueni Mwendwa, of P.O. Box 1-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwendea Mwizni, who died at Mwingi Medicare, on 10th December, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
