TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2026
By Millicent Akinyi Juma, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Mauka Atho alias Nikolaus Mauka Atho, who died on 22nd August, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2024
By (1) Samuel Otieno Majiwa and (2) Antony Omondi Majiwa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Majiwa Odaro alias John Majiwa Odaro, who died at Mur Nginya Sub-location, on 14th February, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2026
By George Ochieng Onyango, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moris Omondi, who died on 8th June, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
