TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2026
By James Obwana Okiro, of P.O. Box 105-40305, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Okiro Chiaga alias Okiro Chiaga, who died at St. Paul’s Health Centre, on 21st July, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2026
By Peter Angila Odemba, of P.O. Box 485, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Were Obonyo, who died at Kanam, on 10th April, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2026
By Anne Atieno Onyango, of P.O. Box 283, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Odhiambo Agutu, who died at Northern Sublocation, on 27th December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
