TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E316 OF 2025
By Joseph Omburo, of P.O. Box 119, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Apudo Buong, who died at Komolo, on November, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Clifford Sabato Omondi Ogola, of P.O. Box 325-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oriyo Ogola, who died at Homa Bay County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Duncan Okundi Omolo, of P.O. Box 42-40326 Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omollo Owuora alias Omollo Owuoro, who died at Homa Bay County, Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By (1) James Oguda Daah, (2) Oringo Tonny Griffins and (3) Kevin Otieno Oguda, all of P.O. Box 34-40326, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Oringo alias Ruben Oringo, who died at Katuma, on 25th December, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
